• Items must be returned for exchange within a maximum of 3 days after receipt.

• The hang tag must remain attached.

• Items must be free from perfume scents or any other substances.

• Items must not have any defects caused by the buyer. If damage is found during inspection, the exchange will be rejected.

For International

• Contact us at lifeofsolune@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

• Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package condition, shipping label, and the item upon opening. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.

• Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

• If a package is lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.
